Suzlon Signs Framework Agreement to Supply 157 Megawatts of Wind Turbine Capacity to Edison ★

Wind energy gathering speed in Hungary ★
Budapest Times, appx. 657 wordsHungary, with a current total of ten wind turbines, is looking to increase that number significantly. 600 wind turbines had already received their environmental licences by the end of 2004, and Hungary is looking to get 4.5% of it's energy from renewable sources by 2010 (it was 3.5% in 2003).
